@muva.mermaid Not swollen. I work at a desk on a computer but ive been off for 2 days and it just started today. It inly hurts in like the palm area when i put strain on it like opening a tight jar or carry groceries. My thumb trembles when i type/text and while hand shakes while in cooking (stirring a pot) 😞

You need to give your hands a rest lol like just not do anything. Using mobile devices and a controller or any sort constantly can cause those pains. While I am not positively sure of where the pain came from it could be contributed to it. Open your hands for a bit and just leave them rested
