Is she in labor? You can be dilated at 2cm for awhile. That doesn't necessarily mean labor is coming.

They can if they have proper treatment around the clock they have a chance to survive and if they can breathe on there own at least alil they have a higher chance to survive . This girl I know had her baby at almost 23 weeks and the baby lived spent many months in the hospital and a touch of autism but he's a healthy 4 yrs old now besides needing alil more help in school .
