Should I get a crib or the 3 in 1 pack n play

I have both

I have the pack and play

and the rock and play sleeper for next to our bed. space is limited for us

@lucifermommy, do u have a preference or use 1 more than the other

@jessijane84, our space is limited too but I will make room 4 a crib if it's going to be a big necessity and I get more long term use

Its all just personal preference really. If you have space for a crib and thats what you want, then go for it. We live in a studio apt so our crib stays in storage or will be at our parents for about the first 6 months. Long as baby has a safe place to sleep 😙

@kedrababy, I use the crib more and have a foldable sleeper thing that I move around the house wherever it needs to go since it's so small. Last night she slept in the sleeper by my bed because she wouldn't stay asleep and we do not believe in cosleeping

This is what we just got today

but you will get more long term use from a crib than a pack and play. most cribs now are convertible into toddler bed and day bed and then onto full size bed

I've only use pack and plays.

@kedrababy, it's harder to break the habit when they get older. I went through it with my nephew and it is absolute hell trying to get them to sleep in their own bed after being in yours for so long

I have both. I used the pack n play until she was two months then transfered her to her crib in her own room at two months.
