@charliefreddiesmumma861, nothing has happened or changed in my life it's just come upon me and no matter what I do I feel lost, lonely fed up with everything, I have my beautiful baby boy who I love to bits but I just can't help but feel sad, unhappy, I must sound awful 😔

You don't sound awful as it is perfectly naturally to feel like this x

Am feeling the same, it's the guilt that makes me feel worse because I know I should be happy !
