@mrsnewman10511, actually one of the best times to pump is after a feeding because it signals a second let down to let your body know to produce more milk. hope this helps:)

im giving her boob every 2 hours and every 3 at night @lovingmatheo

I usually pump after her feeding. I didn't feel too comfortable pumping the first couple weeks for that reason too. Once she stopped needing to feed every 2 hours it was much easier to pump without feeling like I'm taking away from her

@mrsnewman10511, could be my daughter is 5 days old but she hasnt been able to go to the breast yet because she is a preemie but I have been pumping like crazy as of now I'm up to 5 oz everytime I pump
