Have any moms on here delivered their babies alone? I'm scheduled for my second c-section some time in the end of December or the beginning of January. I have no one to watch my one year old or help me. My parents both live in Mexico and my mother-in-law is in Chicago 3 1/2 hours away. My boyfriend can only take off the day of the birth and will return the next day to work. What am I supposed to do? My mother-in-law has shown very little interest in this baby and hasn't even told anyone plus she works I don't even want her around once Victor is born. I thought about buying my mom a ticket to come and help me for a few weeks but she doesn't want to come to Wisconsin because she doesn't know anyone or anything out here. I hate that I might have to do it alone and have my boyfriend watch our one year old while I have our second baby boy alone.

@mrs.n2014, not really I moved to Wisconsin from Indiana a few months back. I haven't really found anyone I trust with my son. We live in a tiny town with one stoplight there's not many people to chose from.

@mommyofsoontob3, I don't know anyone out here that's the problem. I really want my boyfriend there. I don't want him to miss his sons birth even if it is a c-section.

No offense but your husbands job and your family sounds very selfish. I hope you figure it out.

@lovelymommylumps, I know it does. His family is super selfish. My family live in another country. I'm going to talk to my mom. She told me if I was having another c-section she would try to come out here but it's hard because she has a 6 year old in Mexico.

We will be moving soon and I was having the same problem, but my Grandma is going to come and stay with me for 3 months. I wish I was closer I wpuld so help you. That's scary to not have someone watch over your baby while you give birth to another. I'll be praying for you sweetheart.
