Ladies what did u pack for urself n baby,to take to the hospital? I've seen all the lists online but…

I took 3 vests, 3 sleepsuits, hat, pack of nappies & cotton wool for baby. For me I had change of clothes, nightdresses (pjs just weren't comfy to wear) cheap big pants, 2 packs of maternity pads, breast pads, toiletries & some concealer. Books, iPad & phone...I think that's it lol! But my OH did bring stuff in too as me & baby we're in for 2 nights xx

@missy84, i took the same as @natroberts88 but also a bikini for birthing pool, some magicool spray, slippers, dressing gown and pj's. didnt need all of it though as we were sent home 12hrs after having my son x

My baby isn't born yet, but I did a large research, so I'll tell you what I've packed: 1)some travel size things, like shampoo, shower gel, tooth paste; 2) nightdress from primark 3) slippers 4)feeding bra 5)about 6 breast pads 5) 2 maternity pants 6) maternity pads 6) about 10 nappies 7) waterwipes for baby 8) wipes for me 9) 1 night suit, 1 body suit, + 1-2 extra clothes for baby just is case 10) few hats (different sizes), few socks, 1 pair of scratch mittens. Also drinks and snacks. And some changing clothes for me. I think that's all.

Also I've packed the blanket for baby.

What the other girls have said but also a face cloth to wet and hold on your head to cool you down while in labour, lip balm as your lips get VERY dry in labour, a hand held electric fan to keep you cool, straws that bend to make it easier to sip water during labor cause your mouth gets very dry. I've had 3 babies so far and these are things I needed. Xx

I've packed pretty much all the same as the other ladies but I put plastic bin bags for dirty clothes etc. Some dark nursing tops and a cardy, nursing bra, disposable underwear, hairbrush, my OH has his bag of camera charger and a bag full of food, baby bag, grows, first outfit for bounty photo shoot cuddly toy, nappies, creams, 2 blankets and a 'baby on board' car sticker. Xxx
