If you use Vitamin D made by Enfamil for your breastfed baby be on the lookout: we were told to stop using it after my son has been constipated two consecutive times! 3.5 days at a time BEWARE THE ENFAMIL! (Didn't even know it was Enfamil my Riteaid filled out my prescription with it saying other stuff we used before was not being delivered to them anymore? Probably was a lie because they forgot to fill our prescription out but who knows)

Every baby reacts differently to different milk some people have to change milk numerous times until they find one that doesn't upset baby stomachs . That one was just prolly not right for YOUR baby and his tummy . Them being constipated so little really sucks . So what did they recommend for you to use now ?

I'm not referring to the formula sorry for the confusion? but to the Vitamin D that Enfamil makes which is a requirement for all Breastfed babies to take :) my child drinks my milk :)

@jeanetta25, yeah you get a prescription from a doctor, and they randomly filled mine with this type. Breastfed babies now get Vitamin D because to grow they will start stripping the mother of Vitamin D (in lame terms) because the mothers body will give up all required nutrition signaled by babies saliva on nipple to the baby---and he/she might not get enough AND mother will lack vitamin D after. And you know how women generally are told to take more Vitamin D anyway even if not pregnant. Yeah it's a whole thing :) nature is incredible! (Obviously baby gets vitamin D from being outside but since sun is not great for baby a lot of babies don't get enough sun, we also cover newborn for safety even if they are outside) !
