For labor don't try it! It's very very unsafe! It can cause baby to poop in the womb if baby swallows that it can be deadly! It can also cause mom to get the rubs
I did it with my second & after i drank one spoonfull with OJ walked right after & i went into labor 2 hours later. but before i knew all the risks. Luckily we were both fine. But i wouldnt do it again just because of the possibilities of something bad happening. Its a 50/50 .

I took it with my first child and nothing happened she came out healthy, I just think it doesn't work it didn't do anything for me to go in to labor
