Vitex fucked me all up. I gave up after 2 cycles

I was told you're supposed to stop taking it while you're on your period and I forgot last month. So I'm wondering if I should stop taking it and my period will show up. What was your experience with it?? @emily18234

@paigeann051786, I literally did days of research of when tobsyart, when to stop, took opks, like everything to make sure I pin pointed everything. Did nothing, jacked up my body everything. To be honest however, it was with my ex and we tried for a while, but could have just been his swimmers. I got pregnant the first time with my son and 2 cycles with my daughter sooo...

it was 4 years ago so I'm not too exactly sure on what I took, when I took it, all that mess. all I can say is i educated myself about the "right" way to do it" and it did nothing

Take opks to get a feel, but nonpreseed, no supplements, nothing
