It's a harness, she was breech and her legs were over her head my whole pregnancy so her hip sockets never formed, so this keeps her hips in place so the cartilage can build around it. She has to wear it for 2 more months :) @aiellomorgan

Since her hips were just floating there, her orthopedic doctor moved her legs and put them where they needed to be and the harness keeps them in that one position so everything can form right. This is what the whole thing looks like. When she first got it on she had to wear it for 2 weeks straight, and now we can take it off for 2 hours a day @aiellomorgan

It's definitely been a journey. She's had it on since 3 days old so it doesn't bother her. Me on the other hand it breaks my heart seeing her in it @aiellomorgan
