I'd take the house girl if he's going to cheat he'll cheat anywhere and if he does cheat well at least you have a house and your close to family I say take it. Don't miss out on a good opportunity because of the fear of him doing that

Do you trust him enough? Are you willing to put enough trust and faith in him that he has changed and won't do that again? It really just depends on the strength and integrity of your relationship with that person, if you think and are willing to trust that they can resist those urges if they happen then I would go for the house, if you think that there is a chance that the urges might take control and ruin the sanctity of your relationship then I wouldn't.

I agree with the others. He could cheat anywhere and if he wants to cheat then you shouldn't be with him. Try it out and see how it goes, I'd he cheats again leave him for good. A man can only cheat on you if you continue to be with him after he does so.
