I like to roaste mine! 450° for 15 minutes, a little olive oil, salt and pepper. Freakin delicious. But it makes my pee stink sooo bad 😦

It's really good. Sauté it with butter and lemon pepper

it's good. saute it with salt and add fresh minced garlic at the end with pepper. continue to saute a little longer. you could even add a little lemon zest. mix. serve.
