I had it at 37 weeks. Don't be scared! If anything they are catching not earlier if you're just now noticing, I got induced and had a smooth and easy labor. You'll be fine no matter what! Just stay positive

@bentleysmomma did they induce you as soon as they found out that you had it

Well it was a long process, the Wednesday I went to an apt because I had kidney stones, at that apt my bp was high so they sent me to labor as deliver to be monitored. They found a tiny amount of protein in my urine so they had me do a 24 hour urine test to see if they can get a bigger amount to determine if I had preeclampsia or not, so I turned in my 24 hour urine the next day and then I didn't get results until the following Monday, they called and said to come In even though I had my regular apt the next day so I knew something was up, they said I had mild preeclampsia and since I was term they'd induce me since baby would most likely be healthy and fine. I went home and showered and ate and got everything and then At 8 pm Monday they started a cervical gel and then the next day started pitocin and I had him Tuesday night (:

@bretleysmomma, well she called and said I had a large amount of protein in my urine and I was supposed to come in and leave a urine sample tomorrow but I mentioned to her that I had a major headache that wasn't going away so she told me to come in in an hour to get my BP checked @mcrowell0970

@tt194210, I hope it goes well! I've had it twice and this last time they induced me 3 hours after my appointment. my BP was 170/105, hopefully it's not too bad for you.

I had Eli at 34 weeks and Isaiah at 36 weeks because of Pre-eclampsia it is scary but your doctor will know what to do.

I had my first at 33 weeks because of pre-eclampsia. they saw the signs early but had me carry for another month.
