when did it become okay for a landlord to fuck with your personal property? He moved my fiance's pick up with a fucking forklift! Our landlord is paranoid that people are going to sneak behind our house to fish in his ponds. He asked my SO if he could move his truck so it would block people from getting out back. He said no, the clutch is out and the batteries are dead. Will this fucker took it upon himself to use a forklift and drag the ass end so the truck sits sideways in our driveway. He did not come to our door (I was home) or call my SO and ask if it was okay. He could have done damage to his truck. Hell, he may have tweaked the suspension dragging it like that. I'm so pissed off!!!!

This guy probably doesn't know anything about landlord/tenant laws or rights. This isn't the first time he has done sneaky shit like this. He won't let us have our dog inside (he hates dogs) so we agreed to keep her outside. Fine, whatever. Well as my dog was adjusting to the traffic coming in and out (our landlord's father owns a small welding shop out back so people are always out there), she would bark. My landlord didn't confront me about her barking. He placed a bark box by her pen. A bark box emits a high pitched squeal that hurts the dogs ears every time she barks. He never told us about it, he does shit like this all the time . If my dog is outdoors, I WANT her to bark. At one point he had a trail cam point at our house from his shop. A friend that works there saw and and moved it so it wasn't facing out house.

I told my SO something needs to be done. He isn't just our landlord, he is also my SO'S boss..he's afraid if he confronts him about it he will lose his job and our home. We have a 10 month old and I'm pregnant. It's a very difficult situation :(

@shewolf2015, that's why you need to get law enforcement involved, there are certain things that landlords can and can not do, he can't evict you if he is the one in the wrong.
