Madelyn woke up after sleeping for 6 hours the one night and her diaper was barely wet.. it doesn't happened often but sometimes when she sleeps they're not very wet. is this normal?

I woke up in a puddle of wetness. my legs and thighs are wet and the bed has a wet spot, but it isn’t pee it’s like liquid mixed with discharge but I’m not experiencing any pains/cramping or anything besides the wet spot on the bed. I’m just confused.
