Hello , I'm new at this mommy blog . Im in serious need of advice! I have a 9 year old getting somewhat bullied . this little girl has bullied her since kindergarten and I've talked with the principal and the teachers and they both sat down with them to talk to them. We're only 5weeks in school this yr. she at it again , as Im brushing my daughter's hair tonight she tells me this little girl continues to make fun of her and tries to get other people not be her friend . I just need help how I'm supposed to approach the situation ! my daughter don't want me to talk to the principal because she feels that this girl will never like her ! what do I do ?

Hi & welcome ,you need to talk to the principal again even though your daughter dosent want you to. she needs to understand that not everyone will like her and people will pick on you for everything that makes her either unique or is a "flaw" I was picked on for years because I was fat and because I was nice to everyone, the other girl might be jealous of your daughter. ..just remind her to be the amazing little girl she always is and to try to enjoy her day no matter what or who tries to mess with her. have you tried talking to the other girls parents?

thank you so much on your input ! I'm so sorry you were bullied ! yes I want to talk to them because she's in 3rd grade now and this is been going on since kindergarten the same girl but I just don't know how to approach the situation . I'm very upset frustrated and angry I can only imagine how my daughter feels when this happens .

i would talk to the lil girls parents my daughter was getting bullied and it was so weird bc she at home would beat her older sister but she wouldnt defend her self at school or on the school bus,,,so i talked to the teacher principal and since nothen was getting done i went to the parent ...by this time i was pissed bc its not far so we talked and i told her in a nice way to please tell her kid to leave mine alone ...well it got worse cops were called a few months later ... i pulled my kid out of that school made a complaint

oh know 😞 I'm so sorry ! this is why I want to try to get control of this before it gets worse ! I'm just worried because this child is adopted from a different country so I really did not know how to approach the situation . I just know from the bottom of my heart that my child is not bullying her because she's afraid for me to say something because she's afraid she will never like her . I just don't understand why my daughter goes out of her way to try to be her friend when this little girl don't want nothing to do with her . and when I tell her to stay away then the little girl tells everybody else not to be my daughter's friend 😠
