That happened to me. I guess I was going through contractions all day and that day I was supposed to be induced so I was lucky I was in the hospital or I don't think I would have made it

I had a super smooth first pregnancy and I knew when I was in labor. the cramping is something you do NOT get normally. it felt like period cramps so I knew something was off... it was my labor starting

I had no idea I was in labor until I went to an ob appointment. My water had been leaking and I didn't even know it. My contractions were also off the charts and I didn't feel a thing.

I feel like I won't know. I can't even Rembert what a contraction feels like. I keep having cramps but there not consistent and I get back pains that come around to my stomach but nothing unbearable so I'm clueless

you'll know. my pregnancy was so easy (minus the heartburn & back ache) lol & when I started having contractions I just knew it was time because I hadn't had contractions my entire pregnancy. then I started timing them & was like yep it's definitely time. lol I was afraid I wouldn't b able to tell too & wanted something dramatic like my water to break but it didn't, my OB had to break it after my epidural..

@ginnalynn, did you think the leaking was just discharge?

yes, it leaked so slowly that I just figured it was normal discharge @dezfryegirl

just like watery discharge which is normal at the end of pregnancy anyways. The internal monitor I had placed that accurately picks up the intensity of the contractions was reading off the charts as well and I felt none of it! I was in labor for 27 hours and had no pain medicine the whole time because I never felt my contractions
