Who knows how child support works?? (I don't) for those who do. Quick question.
My fiancé has a 4 year old daughter she turns 5 on October 20th.. his daughters mom won't let her come and stay at our house on the weekends, only at his moms house. (His mom lives 1hr away) He pays child support for her and has been paying years now. He wants to have his daughter over but she won't allow him to.
Doesn't he have the right to have his daughter on the weekends and NOT his mom since he pays child support????

@dcsmommy257, no he didn't sign over his rights as a father. He just only pays child support they never said anything else. His mom said that she won't allow him over because supposedly he hasn't been really "involved" in his daughters life. How could he? If she didn't allow him to.

They don't have a custody agreement? If she has full custody and theres no agreement then unfortunately he's at her mercy until he goes to court to fight for it.

Yeah they went to court before but I don't remember what it was for but he said he's going to go for jOint to have her weekends
