My best friend told me about these HCG drops that help you lose weight. Without thinking, I hurried up and bought them. Then I started researching if I should take it while trying to conceive. MOST of the articles said that it will boost your chances of conceiving a little, but one article said it will hinder you from getting pregnant. Has anyone ever tried HCG drops and gotten pregnant?? Or has it kept anyone from getting pregnant??

Hcg plays a huge role in how a woman feels when getting pregnant. HCG makes some women have a ravenous appetite, it also makes some women feel sick and have no appetite. I can see how it would make some women lose weight, but also how it will make some gain. As for conceiving, I'm not sure. Usually hcg stimulates increased levels of progesterone in order to keep a pregnancy and lowers levels of estrogen (the hormone needed to build a nice, thick lining for a fertilized egg to attach to). It also tells the ovaries to stop releasing eggs. But I'd be happy to hear your experience! best of luck to you
