I started my daughter on avocados and then went to veggies. The only thing she would really eat was sweet potatoes or certain things mixed with it. We added in fruits and she loved them. We tried to give her meat and she refused that too. I gave purees and gradually thickened them but you could also do baby led weaning. Basically, you give them what you're eating. I wasn't brave enough for that and my husband sure wasn't either. Supposedly it makes them better eaters though?
