Who has used a pregnancy support band/ belt? Any recommendations on brands or what kind?

I do. I'm not sure the brand because I got it from my aunt I want to say it is called belly band. I like it, I just can't wear it all the time Cuz it's thick and you can see it through most of my clothes.

Is it one that just goes around the waist? Or is it a spandex one that goes around the whole tummy? There's so many options and idk what to get

i had the one where it went around my whole belly . i bought mine from babies r us . i wore it over my clothes . it made ot more comfortable

@carlitojrmami, @rachayrn do you feel like they help with stretch marks?

@j8paqu, honestly no . you can get strech marks regardless . but it did help with support till the end of pregnancy

@j8paqu, I only have stretch marks on my sides like my hip area but not many I don't think the band has anything to do with preventing then though. it's manly genetics that cause them.
