sleeping on my sides killed me too. so I tucked a pillow between my knees and it helped take a ton of pressure off my back, hips, and pelvis.

Yeah I've been doing that since like 13 weeks. It's my upper back that's killing me. I'm honestly surprised I've had no lower back pains because I have missing cartilage in my lower lumbar and before I was pregnant I used to have excruciating back pain @karkster420

I go to physical therapy because of my back. they said pillow between knees and extra under your head. they also suggested to put something behind my back, so even if I lay on my back in still at an angle and not directly on my back

With my lower back problem I have spondylolisthesis. Also, chronic back pain runs in my family. My aunt just had something done plus an epidural for the pain she was having (which I didn't know they used epidurals besides in pregnancy ironically). However, I've tried it all as far as pillows and support lol, it's mostly just under my shoulder blade on my left side that's killing me right now. I have been prominently sleeping on that side, even my arm feels all messed up from sleeping on it too much. I used to sleep on my stomach, so can't wait till I'm able to do that again lol. Just all my joints are whacky haha, guessing it's just all that last few weeks of pregnancy pains @allyk.xmommy

yes. pregnancy definently intensifies back pain. I found that i have a tumor in my back. found out right before I found out im pregnant. so they can't remove it untill after
