Do any of the lady's sleep sitting up?? I'm only 34 weeks and I can't sleep for nothing laying down

I did towards the end of my pregnancy due to all the acid reflux

@ginnalynn, how did you sleep the time being before you started sleeping sitting up cause I can't get comfortable cause I feel like I'm pushing on my baby and then my head throbbing and reflux Lol

I have to sleep propped up too... grrr

@mrs_velez, do you sleep with pillows behind your back or all the way sitting up almost??

I slept on my sides a lot, the left side will help with the reflux because it keeps the stomach acid in the stomach rather than forcing it up your esophagus

I sleep with pillows behind my back but I also have a very hard pillow that I put behind my soft pillows
