Never used them, they smell and taste horrible. My kids are fine

Breastmilk should be providing all nutrition and beyond for the baby. Vitamin D is now required to be prescribed to your breastfed baby: mine takes liquid form and he likes it. Breast milk is so amazing : your babies saliva triggers your breast to adjust its content each day to give him/ her exactly when he/she needs! For example if a cold is coming on the milk will adjust to give what baby is lacking to help fighting off isn't that amazing?! (Unless your doc tells you to give something extra of course)

@yanald90, I'm only giving her this cause her doctor recommended it due to her prematurity
