I looked at the house today. It's got coded doors security system, 2 bedrooms (3 if you count the furnished attic), remodeled basement, remodeled kitchen with new flooring and cabinets, a sun room, master bedroom (it's HUGE), remodeled bathroom (only downfall is no tub...which I wanted, but oh well), single stall attached garage, detached storage shed, clothes line, garden, flower beds, studio lighting in one room, reshingled roofs and reshingled siding, and more. It's a gorgeous house. It's market value is $65k, but they said they're looking for reliable and nice neighbors that don't party or get loud or any of that and they'd be willing to work with me if I want it. Kind of excited 😊
