Leave it alone. Don't clean the actual ear canal it can make things worse just use a cotton ball or something and get any gunk that it outside the ear canal. Have you gone to the Drs to get ear drops ?
did you ever call his pediatrician to get another refill since you accidentally knocked over the bottle? I think that will be your best bet. I understand Accidents happen just hope you made that call . hope your baby boy feels better

They didn't give me ear drops just antibiotics @mamahoude
