Yes, I'm been feeling like my baby is trying to break my water at times, then I'll have bad back and stomach pains to where it's really hard to breath. Sometimes I just have to stay really still in order for the pains to stop, lately it's been getting worse but just hope it's not a sign.....this is my second pregnancy and it's been hard, I get all the pains at one, then get hot fast like I'm going to pass out and just feel like I want to throw up over and over.....I just don't want to go into labor so early 😞 @kbrown91

Nothing can really cause premature labor, it is something that just happens. but feeling like your water is gonna break is just the baby being low, that's quite normal. but I would talk to your OB about the other pains. it could just be baby laying on a nerve especially your sciatica nerve it will make ur back hurt.

that is NOT true there's defiantly things that CAN cause premature labor. One being extreme amount of stress.

sounds like braxton hicks... but not drink enough water can cause preterm labor.
