So I'm 39 weeks and at my last appointment I was only 1 cm and 70% effaced (first time mom). Today I've had lower back pain off and on (nothing excruciating just uncomfortable) and this evening occasionally my stomach gets really hard and the muscles feel tight and kind of uncomfortable. Are these signs of the beginning of labor?? Help!
