If I have milk in the freezer and I need some for tomorrow, how soon/when should I thaw it out to be ready for when I end up needing it? My baby is almost 3 months but I'm just now starting to really get into pumping.

u can also run it under water....cool to warm increasing the temp slowly..takes about 15-20 min
