i've noticed this pimple looking thing on both nipples. sometimes it goes away or it's very small…
i've noticed this pimple looking thing on both nipples. sometimes it goes away or it's very small and other days it gets bigger... ladies? any of you experiencing the same thing? should i mention it to my dr? it doesn't hurt.. but there is days when my nipple gets really dry and cracky. ( i know it's gross, sorry) any advice on what i should do?

Not zits They are Montgomery glands. they are more pronounced during pregnancy

they may get clogged, you can apply a warm compress or warm shower, but no need.
