good ways to deal with constipation? I have drank a ton of water and ate figs and fruit IDK what else to do.

eat lots of insoluble fiber. look up food that have it.

Oh okay that's good to know! I will have to pick these things up. I never had trouble with this before being pregnant is frustrating lol I am willing to my anything natural to help

Add it to smoothies. I go buy smoothies and not make them I'm to lazy at this point of my pregnancy. But you put a table spoon of chia seeds and mix it with anything really. I don't think you could eat it alone they are small small bead like seeds. I would go to a smoothie place ask to add chia.. it's 75 cent extra charge here but it's way worth it.

My doctor recommended chia seeds and flax seeds. You an add chia seeds to water and drink it like that or add them with flax to oatmeal, cereals, smoothies, things like that
