Based on our color scheme, what should we paint our living room? I know the color we have it now goes well with it, but it's the color of lamplight and lamplight triggers my PTSD for some reason and gives me really bad panic attacks, so I'd like to get rid of it. I would like a maroon color, but I can't convince David. This is only half of our living room, btw. The other half is full of computer and video game stuff.

I think a light color will open up the space a bit more, especially since you have dark colored furniture and not many windows.

@scurlock.mommy, Maybe a light/ medium grey tone or maybe even a pale blue or if you like maroon, consider a pale marroon

@withlovedkj I seriously HATE that we only have one window in here! The kitchen and bedrooms all have 3, it feels so awkward 😒😒. I would LOVE to do maroon but my man isn't buying it 😩 I like the thought of grey, too!

The kitchen is the same color, but I don't even know where to begin with that mess other than just burning it down and starting over 😂😂
