ok so out of curiosity I took my basal temp and it read 97.90f. And I'm having slight cramping,sleepy,hungry and dont get full when I do eat, cravings,nauseous ,hair loss etc. my LMP was sept4th-12 any thoughts ladies????

yeah and I thought by being up and moving it would of dropped but at 5:15 it was 98.64 so idk what that means@jensim82011

Well after ur period u ovulate n then after ovulation ur temp stays high in ur luteal phase(infertile phase) until ur next period. Usually I believe 12-15 days. After that if it stays high it means a sign of a successful implantation. But u can always check n see if ur cervix is low or high, open or closed.
