So I just got my own place a couple days ago. I'm on the third floor. Me and baby got up super early so I decided to walk my complex. My unit is the ONLY unit with a balcony off of it! It's crazy to see from afar cuz it sticks out like a sore thumb! Lol.

No , actually it isn't. There's only a few units that apply to my situation. The rest of the complex are " normal " people. @diegosmommy0213

I'm not sure. I'm part of the OC mental health department. I've been a client for 3 years. Once I completed my treatment they helped me find housing. The mental health dept purchased some units here and rent them out seperate. So my situation is different. Call the office tomorrow and Carlos can answer any questions. It's really a neat complex. Super small and quaint.
Is there a curtain amount a person has to mk to get. Qualified????? Or anyone can sign up?
@diegosmommy0213, no it's not section 8. It's considered affordable housing. Don't kno what the difference is. I waited 2 months.

@diegosmommy0213, I commented on this earlier today but looks like it didn't post. Sorry about that. Anyways, there's a waiting list to get in. They're fairly new but I kno the 1 beds go for $400. It's an " affordable housing" complex. U have to qualify to get in. It's called Alegre Apts in Irvine. U can check em out and call. Carlos is the manager. He's totally cool so see what he has to say!
