First, relax. My sister had an inducement , she said best advise she can give me if I ever do have one is relax. Either way you'll be in pain. Natural or induced. And from experience pain is so strong you honestly forget all about it. That's why people have more kids in the end 😘😛🤗
They induced me and started pitocin at around 6 pm and told me I couldn't eat or drink. I had a few bites of a spicy sandwich and a pepsi lol everything was just fine after that. labor is a beeep though. but after it was easy peasy
I did not. I decided to take it like the gee I am lol however I did ask for it around 2:30 because the pain was that bad but she told me to wait and then he came so thank god for that lol
I got induced and Im also a ftm. Try to stay relaxed. I went 14 hours without an epidural til the pain got too much because the contractions were long, hard and so close together even the nurses were tripping out that I went that long without meds. It took almost 2 whole days for my princess to come out. I also had some complications but try to stay calm, eat til they say you cant anymore and get some rest! Sleep as much as possible lol When baby comes you are on their schedule.

Eat before they start pitocin. Once they start pitocin you can't eat. You can have ice water though. (:
