Sharp pains down there, feeling like I need to take a dump but don't, and contractions about 3-4 mins apart only 36 weeks what should I do?

It's been going on for almost a hour now should I wait a bit later? I just don't wanna go and them send me home and I would have to wake my boyfriend up.

Idk if they get unbearable you need to be taken in cause you don't wanna go into labor and not get there in time
