Only advice I would have is maybe not to mention the fact that you thought he was gay. If you thought it, someone else may have thought so too and that would be pretty bad lol. You may not be sentimental but you love him so I'm sure you can get something together.

@junesmommy_15, LOL not at all. I told his mom how we met and all of our friends know the story.

@junesmommy_15, I didn't think he was gay. long story short, I was at a bar with 2 lesbian friends (we went to lots of bars that night) and we're testing out our gaydar (again, lots of bars...). I saw him and fell head over heels and they swore up and down he was gay. I somehow got the balls to go up and ask a random dude if he was gay. he laughed it off, said no and let me buy him a drink. when I told his mom, she told me "He would be the last one of my 4 kids that I would've suspected to be gay"

They day I turned a gay man straight is the day that I found my one true love ... LoL I'm not sentimental either but if I had a story like that I'd prob start getting everyone laughing & by the end they would be in tears ! GL
