Yes..my daughter is 6 months and still does it. Not too often but she does it.

My daughter will be 6 months in two days and she is constantly gasping for air. It use to scare me but I think she is doing it for fun.

Well if they're is too much air blowing in their face then it's actually that they can't breath. Other than that their doing it for a reaction. That's what our doctor told us. I usually just look at my daughter and if she smiles she's doing it for attention if she doesn't smile or stop then its because she can't breath. @itsjasmine

@itsjasmine, in my personal opinion is apart of the developmental phase. It doesn't look like my daughter does it for fun. I pay attention to her facial expressions and her chest. To make sure she's breathing and not in distress. In the beginning I freaked out. I would have her sit up. This is my first baby so I'm only giving you advice based on my personal experience. I was a wreck in the beginning but I pay so much attention to her and her expressions, chest, hands. Her coughs...
