@kbrown91, I wish I could do that. I'm just playing nice until court and then I'm gonna see if the judge will terminate his rights. But I agree with you! Your babies don't deserve a part time daddy either

You're going to court? Sadly they won't terminate his rights, and if they get him for child support, he'll win visitation.

Yes I was forced to file for stupid child support but nothing has came out of it so far. He doesn't live in Texas or ever plans too. Or has made an effort too. And if he don't appear in court or since he hasn't showed any interest in her or anything they will
