So not mom related but a week back my LCD screen crack but not the glass screen. Yesterday I paid to have it repaired $150 since samsung says it not their fault rather it was in case or not. I figured it was in my cheap case at the time so I got it fixed. Today I go to text someone and I noticed the same problem. I called the shop right away and when they saw it they said it was my fault because there was a new crack in the LCD screen. I had the phone in a Otter Box case this time and never left the house because I didn't have class. I don't know what to do or who to blame now. I'm just pissed and over done with these new phones going bad after one year.

I had to go back to iPhone cuz my Samsung phones kept messing up. My galaxy 3 broke a week after I got it, my galaxy 4 active broke 2 weeks after I got it, and my galaxy 5 broke 3 weeks after I got it. Samsung used to be one of the best, now they suck

it should be the shops fault they could have messed up something else when they were fixing it and didn't say anything I've had a Samsung 4, 5, 6, and now the 7 (tech junky obviously lol) and never had any issues with them

Ohhh, you are better off with the insurance because it cost the same amount to get your phone fixed. at least then you would have a piece of mind
