Grocery shopping and then meal prepping so we don't have to cook after we leave the hospital. 6 days until my due date, this pregnancy has flown by. I can honestly say that this has been one of the most amazing experiences of my life. I feel so much stronger, mentally and physically. I used to have hypochondriac tendencies and really bad anxiety, but I kept telling myself that whatever is going to happen (good or bad) will be out of my control. All I can do is take care of myself during my pregnancy and the rest is up to the universe. I feel as though I can conquer anything. Being a mom is something I feel I was born to be (not just genetically.) I've always been nurturing since childhood, I care about people so much and I love helping others grow and achieve their goals. I can't wait to meet this little person who has already changed my life so much, who has taught me what unconditional love is. I hope all of you ladies have an amazing day and remember what is meant for you will always be yours. Easier said than done, but if you focus on the things that are in your control, you won't be so discouraged by the things that aren't. Whether you believe in God or the universe, you are here for a reason. You have a purpose. You have control over your life if you want it. Most of us have those moments where we feel like we've come to the end, that things will never get better and that we can't overcome what is ahead. But that is a lie. You have the capability to be and achieve whatever you want. Get rid of all the negative people and things in your life, teach yourself to not be bothered by the opinions of others. People are going to be ignorant and hateful, that doesn't change with age for some, all we can do is control how we react to it. Why stress over a person who doesn't respect you? You can only allow someone to treat you a way before it gets exhausting. If anyone bothers to read this, I hope you take some of it in. Some may roll their eyes and keep scrolling, that's okay. I'm not someone who has had an easy life, I've been through more in my almost 22 years of life than most will endure in a lifetime. I'm still here, none of it broke me. I'm alive and so are you, so try and make the best of it. Try to live, instead of just existing. I don't know any of you personally, but I keep everyone in my thoughts and hope that you make it through whatever trials life throws your way. I mean that.
