my thing is his tongue...he looks like he has thrush my daughter is 23 months and just got over thrush she was fussy crying and her tongue looked just like that

but it does look like some teeth are getting ready:)

@emmajeremy2627, he was just looked at by a doctor the other day. He does have hand foot and mouth so that might be it. He had thrush when he was a newborn and it was AWFUL. his entire mouth was coated with thick white stuff that came out in chunks
