May seem like a dumb question to most but my daughter was born July 31 2016 would she make two months the 30 (today) or on the 1st (tomorrow) being that September only has 30 days I may b wrong but I think she makes 2months on the 1st (tomorrow)

I would go by the 1st. I remember having a conversation with my mom about that. My son was born 7/30 so I was wondering what if he was born the 31st. She said the count the 1st. But it's up to you Hun.

@bianca_rose, exactly what I said but my mom stated today bcuz it's like she turning another month in the end of October if it's tomorrow so basically she turned an extra month twice in October so I said today just to avoid the confusion lol

That is my sons birthday! I figure, he was born on the last day of the month, so I go by whatever the last day of the month is. There is no wrong answer here though. :)
