I hate okra!!!! but my mom keeps trying to make me eat it to help with delivery. I've heard testimonials of women in my culture saying it really helped. but i hate how it feels. my mom is going out her way to cook it different ways. and its not working. any woman on here have unique styles of cooking and consuming okra??
