@mezaab, ive had 2 miscarriages in a row before my son but they wouldnt do tests or offer meds to help me keep my sons pregnancy. so we went private and i was prescribed progesterone suppositories to take until i was 14 weeks. i had a bleed at 14 weeks but my son survived and is happily snoozing right next to me as i type this x

I have not been prescribed medicine. One of my friend is doc. She told me to take these.was your progesterone level low that caused miscarriages ?

i dont know as the nhs wont test until uve had 3 miscarriages in a row but the private dr said that its a common cause/reason and even if my levels werent low the extra wouldnt hurt me or the baby. he even offered to see me again if i had lost jacob to do tests but luckily i had a healthy boy. whether that was due to the meds or not ill never know x
