keep getting really hot all a sudden to the point in sweating and face goes red, heart rate races and get dizzy, even if its freezing cold and I'm just wearing leggings and light top I get like this. midwife told me its a virus but I don't feel ill? this is my second week with this and I don't want to pester the Midwife

I have this and was real bad in my second trimester. I have barely slept with a duvet in a long while due to sweating loads. During the day I have these spells. They've got worse but my iron is now on the lower end so maybe you should have that checked. As I was a mess yesterday and one of the things they found was low iron. I'd been having racing heart and sweating as well
