Not mommy related but on Tuesday i fell and my knee hurts so much from it. Walking is making almost cry, i have a high pain tolerance but it doesn't feel normal. Could it be sprained?

I was eating and holding my son, he drooled all over the ground and i didn't know so when i went to go open the door because someone knocked i slipped and fell. i was wearing a dress & it was on the floor in this pic. @vella89
