you can do whichever is most comfortable for you.

I stayed in there's because they kept pushing my stomach to make sure I was still moving the blood and it kept getting on me

I had a c-section and put on my gown after my shower the next day

I stayed in a gown all 4 days I was in the hospital. Of course they brought me clean ones everyday. It was just more comfy for me.

I kept on theirs it was easier to breast feed in it plus I bled a lot after and didn't want to ruin my clothes.

I wore yoga pants and a nursing tank top. I liked the yoga pants because my stomach felt like there was a huge hole in it... the tightness against my stomach kinda felt good. Lol its hard to explain. but yea that would probably work pretty good too

I don't want to do extra laundry so I have decided to wear the hospital gown. Plus I'd rather be naked lmfao

I personally wouldn't have felt comfortable in pants, since they come in a whole lot to push on your stomach to see if blood is gushing out. But that was for c-section.

Buy some cheap $5 night gowns that you can feel more comfy in than hospital gowns but you won't care if they get blood on and can throw them out. That's what i did.
