everyone can feel it differently. some people have back labor while others experience the pain in the front but usually its starts off as mild period cramps and gets stronger....plus they can be timed they come in intervals
Real contractions are like someone is ripping out your insides. Literally the worst pain I've ever felt. And I've broken bones and needed stitches and got concussions oh no that shit didn't compare to contractions. They are like period cramps severely intensified. It's all worth it though once you're balling your eyes out holding your baby for the first time 😍
yeah, worst period cramps times 5.. excruciating. mine were 2 minutes apart lasting about a minute each. started out 5-6 minutes apart, then went down to 4 minutes apart, then 3 & then 2 minutes apart the whole morning before I had my baby at 3p.m. I didn't feel any of it after about 9 or 10 though!! the epidural was amazing & I was able to relax as soon as I got it.
